What you’ll do as a Customer Service Advisor

You’ll be the first point of contact for our existing customers who take card payments / merchant services with us. You will deal with their enquiries and provide them with a First-Class experience, interacting with them to ensure every step is taken to provide them with a first-time round solution.

We are looking for colleagues who wish to excel and are driven to succeed, all we ask is that you are a brilliant listener, have a passion for problem solving, and ability to empathise and understand customer needs.

This role will also include but not be limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining our Customer Experience inbox, ensuring that emails are responded back to in a timely manner, with professionalism shown throughout
  • Actively contributing to improving the Customer Experience team processes and procedures
  • Maintaining a close and supportive relationship with our sales teams
